In collaboration with Declicho Besh (Ironhawk), I worked on a project with a death row inmate that explored art as a means of connection, reflection, and resistance. This collaboration challenged the boundaries of confinement, using creative expression to confront themes of justice, humanity, and personal transformation. The project, featured in The Huffington Post, highlights how art can serve as both a monument and a conversation between worlds often kept apart. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/prison-inmates-make-therapeutic-art-monuments_n_55f06f63e4b03784e27778fc
